When do you restock?

Yes! We ship Tracked and Signed for Worldwide.

Tracking Information

If your have selected for your order to be tracked, once your order has been shipped, you will receive information via email on how to track your order via the Royal Mail website. 

How do I secure my ears for a long day in the parks?

Due to the gems and embellishments, the Luxury Collection ears tend to be top heavy. Therefore, they are not designed to be worn on jerky rides. However, they are very secure to wear around a park. In order to make your ears as secure as possible, I recommend opting for the slide comb when ordering your Luxury ears. This allows the ears to sit more secure for a longer period of time. Furthermore, some customers use snap clips on either side of the headband which is enough security for some ears. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you have selected UK delivery, you will have the option of UK Standard 2nd Class Signed For (which is dispatched within 15 days and delivery in 3-5 days) or UK 1st Class Signed For (which is dispatched within 15 days with an aimed delivery of next day). For International orders, your order will be dispatched in 15 days and average delivery within 2-3 weeks. I have had products shipped to the US in just 1 week and others that have taken 4 weeks, so please take this into consideration. All products are delivered using Royal Mail.

We cannot be responsible for unexpected delays in Customs. The buyer is responsible for any import duties that may apply.

Returns and Refunds

We understand that occasionally circumstances change and you may wish to cancel or return your order.

If we have not already shipped your order, we will refund your payment in full within 24 hours of your cancellation notification. Any orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. No refunds or returns after shipped. Please let us know if you have any issues with your order, and we will do our best to assist you!
